A modest, budget conscious single storey extension with a modern twist. This wrap-around rear and side extension created a new family kitchen and living area with increased ceiling height and natural light, as well as a new utility and downstairs shower room.

The metal roof and timber clad walls reflect the existing home office / garden studio to give the rear aspect a modernised image whilst the front remains in keeping with the street scene.
