A modest, yet modern single storey extension to the rear of a large house in Newtown. The new project provided a dining / family room adjacent to the patio and swimming pool area to create a wonderful summer terrace.

The extension features traditional dogtooth corbelling around the parapet to match the eaves of the existing house.

The interior of the extension provides a new dining area that opens onto the poolside patio.

The extension provides a new link and access to the poolside patio for inside and outside dining and is linked directly to the kitchen.
