Our client purchased a plot with outline planning for a self-build property. We designed a traditional countryside house laid out internally for modern living sensibilities. Four bedrooms accessed by afull height entrance hall and staircase sit neatly over a series of open plan living spaces at ground floor. A secondary snug off the kitchen features an elevated ceiling with log burner for winter views over the fantastic Caersws countryside.
